Overview Lassen Volcanic National Park was established in 1916 and features a number of volcanic elements, including hydrothermal vents, lava flows, etc. We’ve been to Lassen several times! Beach There is a large beach with a silt sand and pebble beach. Unlike most of Lake Natoma the beach extends fairly far out into the waterway.
